Not from inside Reflect. Asking to extend a session creates a "future-self" request that Reflect holds until the next morning, when it asks you to approve or deny. Most of the time, you deny. That's the whole product.
You can, but Apple's Screen Time framework doesn't see uninstalls as a reason to lift the limit — the limit stays applied until the daily reset at the time you chose. Uninstalling just removes the UI, not the enforcement.
On your iPhone, in the App Group. Not anywhere else. Deleting the app deletes the data. Reinstalling the app offers an option to restore from a local keychain backup.
Only if you opt in. The Habit nudges and the morning future-self approval prompts use local notifications. You can decline notifications entirely and the rest of the app works the same — you just lose the nudges and have to check the Settings tab manually.
Reflect's design is a single dark theme because that's what was built. A light theme is not currently planned.
